VantamoonRobo selects the right robot from Asia's leading manufacturers, trains it on your task and keeps it running on your site. You get the output of an automated line without the upfront investment or an in-house robotics team.
Labour is scarce, supply chains are long and customers want shorter lead times. Robots that run around the clock change the cost of producing in Europe and the Gulf.
A robot that works three shifts makes local production competitive with offshore suppliers. Shorter supply chains, faster deliveries, lower unit cost.
Hardware is getting better and cheaper every year. The value is in choosing the right machine, training it on your task and integrating it into your line. That is what we do.
Robot, software, installation, maintenance and insurance in one subscription. No capex, no robotics hires, and you can upgrade when better models arrive.
You tell us what needs doing. We take care of everything between the factory in Asia and a robot at work on your floor.
We visit your site, study the task, cycle time and safety constraints, and show you the business case.
We pick the best-fit robot from 19 Asian brands, test it, and handle CE, import and delivery.
We teach the robot your task, connect it to your line and systems, and train your operators.
We monitor performance, maintain the fleet, keep spare parts in Europe and upgrade robots as better models arrive.
One monthly fee per robot. No upfront investment.
Own the robot, with our integration and service on top.
We work with leading Chinese and Asian manufacturers, so we can match each task to the best machine and swap in better models as they come to market.

Cobots for electronics, medical and precision assembly. Rokae adds high-end motion-control software.
China's number-two domestic robot maker, with its own servos and controllers and Cloos welding technology from Germany.
The most export-oriented Chinese independent, with Italian controller technology and turnkey welding packages.
The broadest Chinese portfolio: industrial arms, cobots, mobile robots and special-purpose robots.
China's SCARA leader and a servo-drive giant. One vendor for robot, motion control and vision in battery and electronics lines.
Autonomous mobile robots and unmanned forklifts with fleet-orchestration software for warehouses and factories.
UV-C disinfection and security AMRs for hospitals and public sites, plus AGV fleets and smart storage for large plants.
Illustrations show robot types. Final models, configurations and lead times are confirmed per quotation and subject to manufacturer supply and export terms.
Asian manufacturers now lead on cost and speed of iteration. Here is the technology that matters when you choose a machine, and what we check before it ships.
Every joint is a motor, a gearbox and an encoder. Harmonic and RV reducers give industrial arms their precision; quasi-direct-drive actuators let humanoids walk and absorb impacts. Actuators are 50–70% of a humanoid's cost, which is why makers that build their own win on price.

LiDAR and depth cameras map the space. Force-torque sensors in the wrist let a cobot feel contact and stop. Tactile skins on the newest robot hands detect forces as light as 0.1 N, enough to handle a paper cup or a cable.

Robots are moving from programmed paths to learned skills. Foundation models trained on large real-world datasets, imitation learning from human demonstrations and agentic task planners let a robot pick, place and adapt without a line of code per task.

A robot near people must limit speed, force and power, and stop safely. We check each machine against the standards your site needs before it ships.
ISO 10218 (industrial) · ISO/TS 15066 (cobots) · ISO 3691-4 (AMRs) · CE marking
A connected robot is a networked computer with arms. Hardware-based device identity, signed firmware updates and secure remote service keep it under your control. We can specify robots with a hardware root of trust for sensitive sites.

Start from the task, not the robot. This is the first conversation we have with every customer.
| Type | Best at | Typical payload | Watch-outs | Brands |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Industrial 6-axis | Welding, palletizing, machine tending at high speed | 3–600 kg | Needs fencing or safety scanners | Estun, EFORT, Siasun, Inovance |
| Collaborative arm | Assembly, packing, lab work next to people | 0.5–25 kg | Slower; risk assessment still required | JAKA, Dobot, Elite, AUBO, Rokae |
| SCARA | Fast pick-and-place in electronics and batteries | Light, high speed | Planar work only | Inovance |
| Mobile / AMR | Moving pallets, bins and carts between stations | Carts to pallets | Floor quality and Wi-Fi coverage | Botsync, PBA, Gensurv, Group Maker, OTSAW |
| Quadruped | Inspection rounds, stairs, rough terrain, security | Sensor payloads | Battery runtime per mission | Unitree |

Labour shortages and rising wages are pushing factories, warehouses and care providers to automate. Asian robots close the cost gap, as long as compliance is done right.
EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies from 20 Jan 2027 · Cyber Resilience Act obligations phase in from 2026 · AI Act for AI-driven systems
National diversification programmes are funding automation, smart logistics and service robots at scale across the Gulf.

We believe every manufacturer, warehouse and care provider in Europe and the Middle East should have access to the world's best-value robots, without the risk of buying them alone.
Asia now builds most of the world's robots, and builds them faster and cheaper than anyone. What is missing is a trusted partner on this side: someone who picks the right machine, makes it compliant, trains it on the job and stands behind it for years.
That is VantamoonRobo. Our team combines corporate finance, M&A and deep-tech experience from the Eindhoven–Brainport ecosystem with a sourcing office in Hong Kong, close to the manufacturers we work with.
Tell us what you want to automate, where your site is and when you need it. We come back with the right robot, a monthly price and a timeline.
